I was so impressed that I purchased a second unit for my parents, they both lasted over 10 years with regular cleaning, scaling and minor maintenance. I have looked at other machines now on offer from Gagia, Breville and delonghi and believe me I will more than gladly spend only a few extra dollars to acquire another Saeco Incanto coffee machine in the next week as they produce such fine coffee that I will again cease purchasing daily from my favourite cafe.
