1.1 Your Price Guarantee
If you find a cheaper advertised price anywhere in Australia we will match it for you and send your purchase free of charge and give you 1 kilo of our premium Caffee Italia fresg Coffee beans! All you need to do is to send us the details and we'll look after you from thereon.
1.2 7 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer 7-day money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us within 7 days in its original condition and packaging. Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued for the cost of the item minus the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
You can use our FedEx return ticket service ticket or your favorite express courier.
Note: if you feel more conformable to use our automatic return ticket, the delivery will be paid by credit card.
All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

Should you cancel your purchase with this 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full, subject to delivery costs we have incurred plus a 10% restocking fee. If your order qualified for free postage then we will refund minus the shipping charges we incurred in delivering your item. 1.4 Returning unwanted goods
Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery.
You should post them, unopened and undamaged, to our storehouse Centre.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. 1.5 Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within 10 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods deducting from the total amount the delivery cost to your country plus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are made by cheque or we directly refund you via wire transfer or refund the card you paid with. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

All materials in your New Caffè Italia appliances are warranted for 12 months from date of original purchase.
This warranty does not cover finishes, nor does it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, or units that have been modified or used for commercial purposes.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase just return it to us! You must return the original packaging to us also and the item must be in a saleable condition. And just as you would return an item at a retail store we ask that you cover the expenses of the return to us.
You can request a refund which will be to the full value of the item less 10% and the original shipping charges. If you would like to exchange the item we'll waive the 10% re-stocking fee.
We repair in Australia all the models of products we sell
After sale support is very important for us! We have service centers contractors in Sidney, Perth and Melbourne. We do repair all the products we sell in these 3 main service centers. We do however work with other partners covering all the rest of Australia.
Please note: Sometimes when we run out of stock in Australia, we have to ship some of our products directly from our main warehouse in Milano. You will not be charged for any extra shipping cost for that. It is may possible that you will get an international transaction fees debited by your bank in this rare occasion.
2. Shipping Information
All orders are shipped with Dhl or Australian Post for fast and safe delivery. Orders within the Australia and New Zealand are shipped with Express service a part from GAGGIA and Saeco product which are dispatched by Australian Post from our main depot in Sidney. Delivery time usually ranges between 3 and 5 days depending on the destination but we do not guarantee this can happen in all cases. You will see your shipping rates, if present, after filling the order form in the website. We have the lowest shipping rates available and we offer the best packaging service ever. Your order will be shipped only after your credit card payment is approved or for wire transfer payment after money are actually available at our account.

All the procedures of packaging are accurately handmade by our store keepers and they also check the original packing that we receive from the factories that we represent.
