Swedlinghaus Eunice Inox

The new EUNICE 4 & 4 Inox, are the news in the world of production of fresh pasta from the Swedlinghaus family. Painted steel or stainless steel structure and elements in contact with the mixture made of stainless steel or food bronze. Double sense of rotation of the work parts and easy dismantling of the latter to facilitate complete cleaning of the machine. Also equipped with a safety microswitch on the tank lid.

Accessories supplied:

• 3 moulds of your choice (excluding the Pasta, Cannelloni and Pacchero pasta)
• key for mounting / dismounting the moulds
• container for measuring liquids.

Optional:

• Electronic cutter knife (which can also be purchased at a later date due to the machine's standard arrangement)
